*Hotel Rooms must be canceled 45 days prior to event to receive deposit back from hotel.
*For Dancers attending on a TEAM Scholarship or NATIONAL FINAL Scholarship, dancers must stay at the Host Hotel under the Room Block (not booked thru an outside source such as Hotel Points, Expedia) for the duration of the event in order for scholarship to be valid
